An anitbody can therefore be used to measure the amount of (assay) anitgen in a mixture of other molecules. RiaLAB This program allows you to simulate an assy which uses radioactively labelled antigen as a tracer - a Radiommunoassay (RIA) For MS Windows XP users, Click here to run riaLAB. When prompted choose "Open". This will open a remote session to the riaLAB server After you open the RDP client link, you will be prompted for a username and password. Username: riaLAB ElisaLAB In this experiment, Ab to your antigen is immobilised in a plactic well. Ag tagged with biotin is bound to this., This bioltin is then used to immobilise streptavidin, which is linked to a marker enzyme. This is an enzyme linked immunoassay - ELISA For MS Windows XP users, Click here to run elisaLAB. When prompted choose "Open".
